Loyalty rewards
Welcome to the Duncan Caravans Loyalty reward scheme.
When you purchase from us either instore or online you will earn reward points, for every pound spent you will earn 5 points, when you reach a total spend of £100 (500 points) you will receive a loyalty voucher worth £5.00. The loyalty voucher will be valid for 12 months and can be used online or instore.
Loyalty rewards terms and conditions
Points
To collect points in store please present your loyalty card at the till prior to payment.
Points will be allocated to customers who have joined our loyalty scheme, by completing an application form instore.
Points will only be collected when shopping online at duncancamping.co.uk or in our accessory shop; they will not be collected when purchasing a caravan or on any payments made to the service department.
Goods that are returned will have the points removed from your account.
Points have no value until converted into loyalty vouchers at the activation value.
The Scheme
Duncan Caravans reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms and conditions at any time.
All participants of the scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
To be part of the loyalty scheme customers must provide their personal details and keep us informed of any changes to those details.
The loyalty card can only be used by persons from the address provided and maintained on our system.
The loyalty card is the responsibility of the card holder, Duncan Caravans reserve the right to charge a fee to replace any lost or damaged cards. If you lose a card, please notify us immediately so we can cancel it, Duncan Caravans cannot be responsible for any resulting loss.
Duncan Caravans may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel loyalty cards or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions; any behaviour relating to Duncan Caravans that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
Loyalty vouchers must not be sold or transferred and cannot be returned for cash.
Should you wish to leave the loyalty scheme please notify Duncan Caravans in writing of your wish to leave and we will gladly remove you. Any remaining points will be lost.
Vouchers
Loyalty vouchers will be issued when your spend hits a threshold. Currently this is £100 or 500 points. Instore vouchers will be given in the form of a loyalty voucher receipt, online vouchers will be emailed to you.
Once the 500-point threshold is reached a £5.00 voucher will be issued. Where Customers spend over the threshold any balance of points will be added to your account.
The loyalty voucher will be valid for 12 months.
