Shopping With Us
Below are some frequently asked questions that may answer any questions you might have. If you cannot find an answer to your question please feel free to contact us – details can be found on the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website.

How Do I Place An Order?

Shopping with Duncans Caravan & Camping online is easy. Simply browse our range of camping and caravan equipment and accessories using the main shop menu to the left of the site. Products will be listed in these categories, and will include a brief description as well as any pricing and stock information.

Click on the product you'd like to view and you will be taken to the product page, where any extra information on that product will be listed. To the top right of the page you will see the price and an 'Add to Cart' button. Simply click this button add the item to your shopping cart.

When you wish to finalise your order click the 'Shopping Cart' or 'Checkout' links at the top of the site and you will be taken to the shopping cart page. Here you'll find your cart total.

Choose to have your order delivered or picked up from our showroom by selecting one or the other from the dropdown list titled 'Select a Delivery Method'. Then click the 'Checkout' button to proceed.

At this stage you'll need to enter your name and address and other information we need to process your order. Once completed click 'Continue' to carry on to the payment stage. On the next screen you will see a list of options for paying for your order. Choose one of these by clicking the corresponding button. All of these methods of payment are 100% secure, so look for the 'https' or padlock symbol in your browser window to reassure you.

Once payment has been processed you will receive confirmation from ourselves that we have received your order. We will then proceed to process your order for delivery, and again we will send you confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

How Can I Pay For My Order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments by PayPal if you have a PayPal account. We use PayPal or WorldPay to process your payment and both of these payment processors is 100% secure.

Can I Pay By Personal Cheque?

Unfortunately we do not accept personal cheques at this time, we do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Is Shopping With You Secure?

Yes, rest assured your internet transaction is completely safe and secure. Neither us nor anyone else will ever see your credit or debit card details when making your payment online.

How Do I Checkout My Order?

We now offer two online checkout procedures for your convenience; PayPal or WorldPay. Each method offers up to date payment processing facilities and 100% security. The safety of your payment is our first priority. Your card details are not disclosed to us at any point, they are taken and processed by PayPal or WorldPay secure servers.
To make a payment using any of these services simply click the corresponding button at the end of the checkout stage. Look for the 'https' at the beginning of the URL in your browser, or for the secure padlock sign when checking out.
We will never share any of your submitted information with any third parties whatsoever.

I'm Still Not Sure - Can I Pay Over The Telephone?

Yes, you can. If you're not happy with shopping online with your credit or debit card then we will gladly take your payment over the phone. Just follow the checkout procedure through as normal, but when it comes to selecting your preferred payment method just click the 'Pay over the phone' option instead. Then call us on 01698 374 224 to make your payment.
We will ask you several security questions about your card so please have your card in front of you when calling to pay for your order. Please do not include any credit or debit card details in any emails to our sales department.

Do You Store My Details?

The only details we keep on record here are that of your order, your name, and your address, plus the information you submitted to fulfil your order at the checkout stage. We keep this information so that we have a record of your order with us, but we will never use it for any other purpose other than fulfilling your order with Duncans Caravan & Camping.

Please note that we DO NOT store credit or debit card information.


Reserve and collect your order

How Can I Reserve and Collect My Order?

Any order you make with us online can be collected from our showroom if you are local to the area and would prefer not to pay for delivery. We are happy to let you collect the order at your convenience, but please be aware of our showroom opening times which you can find listed here.
To reserve and collect, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart as normal, and then select 'Collect in Store' from the dropdown list under 'Select a Delivery Method'. Any delivery charges will then be waived and you can continue with paying for your order.
Once your order has been paid for please contact us on 01698 374 224 as soon as you can. We can then arrange a time and date for your order to be picked up.
