Before you place your order please read the following:-
1. Online payment security. Rest assured your internet transaction is completely safe and secure. We never see your credit or debit card details. Your details are processed by Paypal the worlds number one internet payment processing company, they forward to us only your shipping address, what you have ordered and how much you have paid. You do not need to have a Paypal account to order goods, however you will be prompted to open an account for future ease in ordering goods.
2a. Payment Online. Our online ordering and payment are processed using PAYPAL and is fully secure.
2b. Payment over the phone. We accept most credit and debit cards. We will ask you several security questions about your card so please have your card in front of you when calling to place your order. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS IN ANY E-MAILS TO OUR SALES DEPARTMENT. DETAILS WILL BE TAKEN BY TELEPHONE.
2c. Cheque. Cheque payments are also accepted, however we will require five working days for the cheque to clear before the goods can be dispatched.
3. Postage & Packaging. We charge a flat rate of £5.00 per order for all goods shipped within the mainland UK.
4. Receipt of goods. All goods must be signed for, please check the condition of the goods before signing the carriers receipt. Any damages or shortages must be noted at time of receipt. Any damages or shortages must be notified to Duncans within 24 hours of delivery. Our carriers, Initial city Link require a signature on delivery, if there is no one in when they attempt to deliver your goods then they will return the next day. If there is no one in again then you will have to collect the goods from their depot.
5. Returns. Any tent can be returned to Duncan Camping within 14 days of purchase provided the goods are still unused, in the original packaging and any sealing straps unbroken. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any tent back which has been pitched. If you wish to return goods simply send the item back to the address on our contact us page with a note giving your name, address and telephone number. Once the goods have been inspected one of our sales department will contact you about your refund.
6. Faulty goods. If you discover a fault with your goods please contact our sales department to discuss the problem. If the fault cannot be rectified with the supply of parts then the faulty component must be returned for examination. We reserve the right to repair faulty goods where appropriate.
7. Product development. The product weights, sizes, plans and colours on this web site are given as an indication and are only approximate. Due to the continuous product development carried out by our suppliers, Duncan Caravan & Camping reserve the right to alter specifications and prices at anytime and without prior warning. E & OE.
