2009 sees the arrival of the brand new Compactalite 400. The striking new design makes this one of the best looking lightweight awnings on the market in addition there is an improved roof, larger windows, and two new fresh colour ways. The new roof material is stronger and tighter allowing for faster water run off. The larger windows gives this little awning more of a traditional awning feel and the striking new colourways updates teh style to match any caravan. The 4 metre footprint of the compactalite gives it the feeling of a traditional awning in terms of internal size.

The most important factor with the new Compactalite 400 is the steel pole which seperates this from all the other models on themarket. This single steel pole adds to the strength and stability of the awning and sets the Compactalite 400 apart from the rest.
